Specialty Control Systems was founded in 1983 by Jay Armstrong. In 1987, Specialty Control Systems became a stocking distributor for Weidmuller, Inc. With a background in computers, electrical control systems, and distribution/warehousing, Mr. Armstrong has helped shape Specialty Control Systems in providing exceptional service and support to users of specialty electrical products.

Since the SCS has only a few product lines, you can be sure that you will find someone knowledgeable about our products when you call. We have a state of the art computer network running highly customized software. This combination allows us to both answer your questions quickly and process your orders efficiently and error free. We have never had a minimum order. Most orders are shipped freight allowed. This combination makes Specialty Control Systems very easy to work with.
